Fun ways to Exercise


What’s the most fun way to exercise?

There many ways to exercise. Exercising it self is fun depending on workout activities that you choose to participate in. Running can be fun for some people while cardio is more fun for others. My personal fun ways to exercise is by having an upbeat music that gets me in the rhythm of wanting to work out. Exercises are fun when you don’t see it as exercise but viewing it as a fun way of keeping your mind in a safe space. To answer this prompt question I will say dancing is an excellent way of exercising.
