Have you ever felt stuck in a rut? Struggling to find happiness in your day-to-day life? It can be hard to stay positive when the world around us seems to be constantly changing. But the truth is, all of us have the right to be happy – we just need to be aware of our emotions and take proactive steps to make a change.

The 30 life-changing things that bring happiness to myself and help bring more of joy is doing things in my daily routine. From small, everyday things like spending quality time with loved ones, to taking a break from technology, to relaxation and self-care, being mindful of my thoughts. Learning new skills, such as colouring or painting. Reading self development books to learning self love.

Healing from past trauma by attending therapy. All the examples listed are a great way to be more happier in life.
