My Morning Routine  As a  Temp Stay at Home Mom  


Each morning is a fresh start, presenting new challenges and opportunities. Balancing the demands of parenting with personal goals requires determination and a positive mindset. Some mornings offer a brief moment of solitude, while others start off in chaos. Despite the unpredictability, I make it a priority to kick off my day with a peaceful prayer and devotion time, setting the tone for a productive day.

In those rare tranquil moments, I dedicate myself to a morning workout, a vital part of my routine to prepare mentally and physically for the day ahead. Following my exercise, I ensure my little ones are taken care of with a light breakfast. However, at times, the demands of the youngest children can consume my attention, causing me to unintentionally overlook the needs of my older children.

On purposeful days, I take a moment to brew a homemade Earl Grey version of the London Fog Tea, an indulgence that brings calm and focus, preparing me for the day’s challenges. As the day progresses, I look forward to taking my children to the park, seizing the opportunity to enjoy the warmer weather.

Ultimately, my main objective is to prioritize a single activity that brings me joy and a sense of accomplishment. Despite the inevitable distractions, I strive to dedicate time to my well-being by staying active and embracing the present.
