Summer 2024 was busy with fewer adventures and more bonding with my little ones. Keeping up with an active child kept me on my toes. There were days filled with tears and laughter. We had beach day activities, library visits, and time with friends. Jumping on trampolines became a new favourite pastime. I also had the chance to spend quality time alone by trying solo outings and pottery painting with some close friends. This experience allowed me to enjoy time alone without the stress of mommy’s life.
Moreover, I learned that life might be challenging at times. However, how we accept the challenges of optimism helps us in the journey. Summer is a great time for creating new memories. However, the winter months are best for planning for future summer adventures.
