
🌿 3 Things I’m Doing to Protect My Peace This Summer
As this season unfolds, I’ve found myself craving more stillness not just in my surroundings, but within. Here are three simple ways I’m choosing peace, softly and intentionally:
1. Saying No Without Guilt
I’ve stopped over-explaining. No is a complete sentence. I’m learning that protecting my energy isn’t selfish… it’s sacred.
2. Taking Morning Moments Slowly
Whether it’s a warm tea, soft journaling, or stretching before the kids wake — these quiet pockets are mine. And they’re enough.
3. Being Gentle With My Goals
I’m still dreaming. But I’ve released the pressure to rush. Even slow progress counts. The rest is part of the journey too.
