How often do you walk or run?
I try to run every chance I get, especially on weekends. It’s not always a long or intense run, but it helps clear my mind. Something about being outside with just my thoughts and some music makes me feel like I can breathe again.
Walking is a little more spontaneous. Some weeks I’m consistent, other weeks I’m not. But I’ve realized it still matters. A short walk between tasks or a slow one at the end of the day can shift everything.
I’m not chasing perfection. I’m choosing movement that feels good and works with my life right now.
