What skills or lessons have you learned recently?
Lately, I have been learning to slow down because my body and mind need it. I am realizing that I do not have to respond to everything immediately or carry everything at once.
I have learned to listen to my body more. When I feel tired, tense, or overwhelmed, it is usually a sign to pause instead of pushing through.
I am also learning that it is okay to step back from people or spaces that drain me. Not everything needs an explanation, and protecting my peace matters more now.
Another lesson has been accepting that progress does not always look productive. Some days, simply getting through the day is enough, and that still counts.
Most of all, I am learning to be gentler with myself. I am not behind. I am just moving at the pace my life allows right now.
